Squad Changes - Placement of swimmers is reviewed on an ongoing basis against the squad citeria and is subject therefore to change.
When making a squad change the following process will be followed;
1. The
individual swimmer will
be spoken
to in advance to make them
aware they are at risk of being changed and why.
2. This will
also be confirmed by
email to the parent/guardian. 3. The swimmer will
be
given the the chance
to improve
over a period of 1 month 4. if there is no
improvement then confirm
to the swimmer that they are being moved and when this will be
effective from 5. An email confirmation
will then be
sent to the parent/guardian specifying why they
are being moved to which group and what the effective
date is
